Two lockbox files were not loaded dated 12/28/2012 ans 12/31/2012. Joan was trying to load with the help of documentation provided to her. But the documentaion was not put together correctly.

Several selections need to be selected in Flb1 in order to load the lock box files.

Loaded the two lock box files dated 12/28/2012 and 12/31/2012 with the correct procedure and downloaded all the print files and printed the output in corporate accounting printer.
Corrected the documentation for further use.
